Welcome to the Official Web site of the

Miss Tampa Scholarship Pageant.

The 2008 Miss Tampa Scholarship Pageant was held on Saturday, March 8, 2008, at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center.  Kaitlin Monte was crowned the new Miss Tampa 2008 at the end of the evening.

We are proud to be a part of the tradition which is known as the Miss America Pageant.  Being a part of the program which has made available over $150 million in educational grants - is a source of much pride for the Miss Tampa Pageant Organization. 

We especially thank our generous sponsors

for making the pageant possible.  And we

applaud the Miss Tampa Board, each one being

an unpaid volunteer, whose hard work makes

this work.  Our compensation is the satisfaction

of a pageant well done, as well as watching so

many young ladies as they grow up and move

on to achieve great things in our world.
